Relate Together specializes in working with co-parents, family members, friends, roommates, neighbors, committee/collective or organizing group members, but can work with anyone in a conflict who needs help getting unstuck.
Anna is trained in and practice the Center for Understanding in Conflict’s understanding-based conflict resolution model, which honors the needs of everyone involved in a dispute through deep listening, productive communication, and creative solutions. -
One-on-one with an individual to help them resolve a conflict on their own or improve their overall conflict resolution skills.
-
Working with two or more individuals to resolve a conflict by focusing on the underlying needs and interests of everyone involved. This process aims to find solutions that benefit everyone and preserve or enhance their relationship.
-
For groups of 3 or more, Relate creates customized trainings to help your group talk through the hard stuff, listen with curiosity, communicate to influence, and/or strengthen trust and connection. Whether you’re family, neighbors, or part of an organized group, trainings give you practical tools you can use right away.
-
A neutral, process-oriented guide who helps groups reach a decision or achieve a common goal. I focus on the process of decision-making, not the content, ensuring all voices are heard and fostering a collaborative environment in order to reach a productive outcome.
